Obama Seeks New Blueprint for Export Agencies

The White House will examine ways to reorganize federal trade and export agencies and report recommendations to President Barack Obama within 90 days, officials said Thursday.
Mr. Obama was expected to sign a memorandum Friday requesting the recommendations after an initial review convinced him the project was worthwhile.
