The Technology CEO Council (TCC) today named Capitol Hill veteran Jonathan R. Hoganson as its Deputy Executive Director. Hoganson, who will continue his position at Mehlman Vogel Castagnetti, brings a background in Capitol Hill policymaking and technology experience to the role. He spent five years with Rep. Rahm Emanuel, serving as his Legislative Director and Policy Director of the House Democratic Caucus.
